As a performer and choreographer, I aim to create work that inspires intrigue and wonder. I enjoy playing with the light and dark elements of life and the human condition. I believe creating dance is a journey that endures the changes of time and creation. I put my heart and soul into everything I do. Put me up for a challenge and I will meet it.

As an educator, my students safety, well being, and quality of education/training are of utmost importance. As a teacher, I have learned how to adapt my teaching style for various ages and learning styles, used creative movement and improvisation as a tool for self-expression, created nourishing and supportive relationships with my students, and created pieces that challenged my students to understand the importance of dedication and passion. Teaching an understanding of the body, along with respect for artistry and the history of our movement are key players in my classes. I feel being involved with sharing my craft to younger students is important. I value the strength, determination, community, and work ethic that being in dance gave me. I love to share those values with fellow performers and my students.
